Job summary

Health & Human Services - Agency 25 seeks a Program Accuracy Specialist to join the Office of Economic Assistance. You will conduct full quality assurance reviews of case management activities and ensure policy compliance.

Working under limited supervision, you will analyze complex Medicaid cases, provide feedback, and collaborate with field staff to implement improvements while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a health and/or human services field or public service organization with responsibility for determining eligibility.

Responsibilities
