Job summary

The ideal candidate will apply strong business analysis, SQL, requirements documentation, and testing skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. The role covers lifecycle activities from requirements gathering and design through testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support, with responsibilities for training

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis across SDLC phases.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data validation.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting with stakeholders.
• Hands-on in test case development and UAT support.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and JAD sessions to define needs.
• Collect, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Execute tests, report defects, and coordinate sign-offs.
• Support SDLC from requirements to post-release.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, QA, and business users.
• Communicate project progress and system updates.
• Provide SQL-driven data investigation and corrective actions.
