Job summary

EyeMed Vision Care in Ohio is seeking a Market Manager – Reseller, Medicaid to develop strategic relationships and manage support of Medicaid programs with reseller partners. You will drive membership, retention, revenue and profitability goals across Strat Partner accounts.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, align benefits with state requirements, and present performance metrics to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years account management experience preferred, especially in government programs or health plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strategic relationships with Medicaid health plan partners at multiple levels.
• Drives membership, retention, revenue and profitability goals for assigned Strategic Partner.
• Represents EyeMed as a vision care expert and leads process improvements.
• Collaborates with external stakeholders to meet client objectives and negotiate terms.
• Ensures benefits align with state requirements and market competitiveness.
• Supports compliance and audit activities with State/clients.
