Job summary

Fulton Center for Rehabilitation in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Nursing Home Financial Liaison/ BOM to manage daily business office and financial workflows. You will focus on accurate resident documentation and lead Medicaid applications, payroll, and spend-down guidance for families.

You will coordinate with Medicaid workers and state agencies while collaborating with legal, hospice, and billing teams to avoid delays and ensure timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions or related field.
• Prior work in a long-term care organization preferred.
• Experience processing Medicaid applications and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track Medicaid applications using Gateway and GAMMIS.
• Guide families through spend-down documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Medicaid caseworkers and state agencies on approvals/appeals.
• Collaborate with legal, hospice and corporate billing teams to prevent delays.
• Oversee business office functions including resident files, payroll and accounts payable.
