BerryDunn is seeking a policy and program lead to translate Medicaid policies related to H.R. 1 into system requirements and implementation activities. You will lead and coordinate workstreams, manage schedules, resources, risks, issues, and provide Jira-based status reports.

• Research Medicaid policies and regulations related to H.R. 1 and translate policy, program, and operational needs into system requirements and implementation activities.
• Lead and coordinate workstream schedules, deliverables, resources, risks, issues, and overall project performance.
• Own Jira tracking and status reporting for H.R. 1-related activities, including action items, priorities, due dates, risks, and deliverable alignment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Medicaid member eligibility processes, enterprise system enhancements, and membership renewals and dis-enrollments.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools to track status, deadlines, risks, and deliverables.

Work Location & Travel:

• Flexible work location including fully onsite, hybrid, or remote arrangements, with availability during Hawaii Standard Time working hours.
• Travel required approximately 30%–50% of the time, including to Hawaiʻi for client meetings, release activities, and go-live readiness.

Compensation & Culture:

• The base salary range targeted for this role is $95,000 - $125,000.
