Gainwell Technologies in Madison, WI, is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead Medicaid financial operations and a dedicated team. You will oversee mail receipt, check handling, cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contract terms.

The role requires coordinating with Finance, Systems, Claims, and Customer Experience teams, while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.

• Excellent client-facing communication with business and technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive financial cycles with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily Medicaid financial operations including mail receipt, check handling, cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Oversee weekly financial processing cycles and scheduled checkwrite activities for timely completion.
• Establish controls for receipt, custody, tracking, processing, and disposition of checks and instruments.
• Maintain segregation of duties, QA checkpoints, documentation, and audit-ready records.
• Monitor activities, resolve delays, discrepancies, and operational risks; escalate as needed.
• Develop SOPs, control points, QA processes, and audit documentation.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, and Medicaid program requirements.
• Serve as primary operations contact for the State of Wisconsin and cross-functional teams.
