Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and human services or equivalent four years of related experience.
• Two years of experience in case work for public assistance programs or information/referral in senior services
• Familiar with benefits for older adults; training or related job experience
• Minimum of one year working with frail or elderly population

Responsabilités

• Gather documentation and applications for Medicaid approval with Enrollment Specialist
• Ensure compliance with State Medicaid rules for Long Term Care Medicaid
• Assist with SNAP and other public assistance applications as eligible
• Track accounts receivable and coordinate with Health Plan Operations to collect outstanding debts
