Job summary

Responsibilities include collecting information, documenting decisions, and guiding up to four teammates weekly, with escalation to the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience in customer services, social services, human services, or Medicaid processing preferred.
• Strong accuracy and timely processing of eligibility determinations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to use internet browsers.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes for Medicaid.
• Collect, evaluate, and document information from applicants and third parties.
• Provide weekly guidance for up to 4 team members and assist supervisors with performance discussions.
• Maintain professional communication; ensure privacy and confidentiality in all processes.
