Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake and eligibility pre-screening for Medicaid programs.
• Assist with application completion by collecting personal, financial, and household information.
• Gather and verify documentation to support eligibility criteria.
• Submit and track applications in state systems within required timelines.
• Provide ongoing case support including renewals and updates.
• Coordinate with providers, case coordinators, and state agencies for service continuity.

Radiant Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment Specialist to join our team!In this rewarding role, you will help individuals navigate the Medicaid application and enrollment process, connect them with appropriate healthcare coverage, and provide ongoing support to ensure they can access the services they need. You’ll work directly with clients, healthcare providers, and government agencies to make the process easier and less overwhelming. Accessing healthcare coverage can feel overwhelming. As a Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the person who helps make that process easier. Your work will help individuals and families understand their options, complete applications, overcome barriers, and connect with the care they need.What You'll Do:Conduct client intake and eligibility pre-screening to determine appropriate Medicaid programs and urgent needsAssist with application completion by collecting accurate personal, financial, and household informationGather and verify required documentation to ensure all eligibility criteria are supported and compliantSubmit and process applications accurately within state systems and required timelinesTrack application status and follow up with clients and agencies to resolve issues and prevent delaysSupport application process and enrollment, ensuring clients understand benefits, coverage, and how to access careProvide ongoing case support, including renewals, updates, and troubleshooting coverage issuesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and quality standardsCoordinate with providers, case coordinators, and state agencies to ensure continuity and accuracy of servicesStay current on Medicaid policies and system updates to ensure accurate guidance and compliancePerform other related duties as assigned within the scope and level of the position.To support a safe and healthy environment for the individuals we serve and for one another, all employees of Radiant Health are required to comply with organizational health and infection prevention requirements as a condition of employment.
