Job summary

CAI in Newark, Delaware is seeking a motivated Product Support Specialist to join our team. You will perform data entry of Medicaid Renewal applications and ensure quality entries into our eligibility system.

This full-time, onsite role requires at least one year of data entry and customer service experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. Join CAI to support public and community programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of data entry experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform financial calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Understand federal and state Medicaid laws, policies and procedures.
• Adhere to CAI security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Use systems to retrieve verification documents for eligibility.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Medicaid eligibility.
• Process Medicaid renewal applications for clients.
• Input financial data accurately into the eligibility system.
• Interview clients to collect necessary information for eligibility.
• Collect application documents securely in digital formats.
• Maintain detailed case management records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to stay updated on processes.
