Job summary

CAI is seeking a Case Review Analyst for a full-time, onsite role in Newark, DE. You will review cases, ensure eligibility, and provide feedback to improve processes. Strong attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Office are essential.

The position requires at least one year of case management or related state government experience, good analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year case management or processing programs of assistance for State government experience.
• Minimum of one year determining compliance with State and Federal laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, or related experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Data Entry experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Strong working knowledge of Federal laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policy related to how the public assistance programs are administered by the Division of Social Services.
• Investigate and document constituent complaints.
• Identify fraud or abuse in the public assistance programs, and know how to report it appropriately.
• Review cases completed by case workers determining benefit eligibility.
• Document errors and provide detailed feedback regarding cases.
• Provide details regarding training opportunities based on error trends to management.
• Maintain confidentiality in all situations.
• Communicate with clients regarding their case as necessary.
• Provide answers to questions from Case Workers regarding cases at hand.
• Any further duties assigned by management.
