Responsibilities

• Provide data entry of Medicaid Renewal applications into the eligibility system.
• Maintain understanding of federal/state Medicaid laws and eligibility rules.
• Adhere to CAI security and compliance protocols.
• Use computer inquiry systems to retrieve verification documents.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Medicaid eligibility.
• Process renewal applications for clients.
• Analyze financial data and input accurately into the system.
• Interview clients to obtain and exchange sensitive information.
• Collect documents electronically (PDF, JPG) with clients.
• Maintain detailed case records in the eligibility system.
• Attend meetings and stay updated on process changes.
