Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Medicaid Data/Systems Analyst to support the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS) in Richmond, VA. The role requires deep business knowledge of Medicaid components and data interfaces with external trading partners.

The candidate will design ETL solutions, create logical and physical data models, and collaborate with MES Technical teams, business units, and managed care plans in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes.
• Experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models.
• Heavily involved in data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners.
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps and working with CICD pipelines is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS).
• Work with MES Technical teams and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS enhancements.
• Develop data interfaces between MES modules and external partners.
• Leverage Agile processes and prior CICD experience to streamline development.
