Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a Data/Systems Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). The role requires strong Medicaid business knowledge and hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL development, and system interfaces with managed care plans.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business teams and MES technical staff, leverage Azure DevOps and CICD practices, and design solutions that improve CRMS data flows across modules.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules.
• Experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, and creating data models.
• Heavily involved in data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
• Familiarity with Agile boards to assign and track team work.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CICD pipelines is helpful.

ABOUT THE ROLE

There is a need for a full-time Data/Systems analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). This position is one of the key personnel supporting the MES CRMS components and provides deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS and its data and works closely with the business teams, MES Technical teams and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements.

Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes. Must have experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models. Heavily involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans. Looking for someone with prior technical experience as a developer and prior experience working with an Agile board to assign and track team assignments. Prior experience with Azure DevOps and working with CICD Pipelines is helpful.
