Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in data architecture or large-scale data platform design.
• Experience with data conversion or data migration and source-to-target design.
• 3+ years applying AI-assisted automation to data workflows in governed environments.
• Foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking protocols.
• Experience across the full SDLC in large, complex programs.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern data architectures supporting large-scale Medicaid system implementations.
• Partner with conversion teams, architects, analysts, developers, and state clients.
• Define integration patterns and data flows between MMIS modules and external systems.
• Establish and maintain data architecture artifacts: mappings, canonical models, dictionaries.
• Ensure CMS requirements, audit readiness, reporting needs, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams on hosting, security, and performance.
