Qualifications

• 5+ years of Medicaid/Medicare domain experience.
• 3+ years as Data Analyst/Data Quality Analyst with SQL focus.
• Advanced SQL skills in Teradata (performance tuning, BTEQ).
• Experience writing test plans and validating data.
• Collaborates with vendors/IT teams to resolve issues.
• BS degree in CS/Statistics/Data Analytics/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review design documents, identify gaps, map data between interfaces.
• Develop test plans, build test scenarios, and validate data quality.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on go-live issues and data governance.
• Engage with Medicaid policy-related reporting requirements where applicable.
