Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing files and payer portals in Southeast, OH. The role emphasizes Medicaid credentialing, with potential work with Medicare and private payers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, credentialing, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid required.
• 3 years of experience using an electronic health record system to process claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider credentialing files and portal logins for payers.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases.
• Update CAQH provider files timely per CMS schedules.
• Enroll providers in NPI and terminate enrollment as needed.
• Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing with insurers and payers.
• Assist billing as needed to support reimbursement processes.
