Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Strong research, writing, communication, facilitation, and project-management skills.
• Experience in community health, human services, public benefits, or public-sector programs desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with community-based organizations to identify gaps in benefits navigation and enrollment capacity.
• Develop and deliver training, tools, and technical assistance related to Medicaid enrollment, recertification, and public benefits.
• Provide one-on-one coaching, site visits, and small-group training to partner organizations.
• Help organizations integrate benefits navigation into existing case management and service-delivery workflows.
• Monitor Medicaid and public benefits policy changes and translate them into practical guidance for partners.
• Support organizations interested in becoming Medicaid enrollment assistor agencies.
• Track key metrics including screenings, enrollments, recertifications, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with community, healthcare, and government partners.
• Support research, policy analysis, presentations, funding proposals, and sustainability planning related to Medicaid access.
