Qualifications
- 7+ years healthcare/health insurance experience with complex projects.
- 5+ years Medicaid managed care experience.
- 5+ years contractual/compliance experience.
- 5+ years project lead experience.
- 3+ years leadership, influencing change and driving outcomes.
- 5+ years in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance activities for new and revised Medicaid contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee amendment-related tracking, governance, and evidence collection.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Health Plan, and business stakeholders to guide progress.
- Manage amendment intake and centralized governance processes.
- Review portfolios and trackers to ensure contractual obligations are evidenced.
- Maintain knowledge of Medicaid amendment processes and compliance practices.
- Organize team assignments and improve day-to-day operations.
- Support enterprise Medicaid Compliance initiatives and audits.
