Lyric National in Lincolnwood, IL seeks a Medicaid Billing Specialist to manage income adjustments across MEDI, ABE, RFMS and PCC. You will own accuracy from the first document gathered to the final record update and support Sales during onboarding.

Remote or hybrid options are available for IL residents based on experience; on-site support may be required for some new hires. Strong knowledge of SNF operations and Excel/CRM is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medicaid billing experience within a care facility (SNF/LTC) or medical billing company.
• Experience with Illinois Medicaid systems and income liability updates.
• Strong knowledge of SNF operations and resident income liability.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end income adjustments within MEDI and ensure updates across MEDI, ABE, RFMS and PCC.
• Gather and upload documents to ABE for income adjustments and liability changes.
• Log all new financial details in RFMS and submit updates to PCC.
• Support Sales during facility onboarding with technical billing guidance.
