Lyric National seeks a Medicaid Billing Specialist for our Lincolnwood, IL office. The role centers on Illinois Medicaid platforms (MEDI, ABE, RFMS, PCC) and income liability updates, owning accuracy from documents to final records.

Remote or hybrid work is available for qualified IL residents, with on-site support for those newer to MEDI. Requires 2+ years Medicaid billing experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of Medicaid billing experience in care facilities or medical billing companies.
• Familiarity with income adjustments and liability updates across multiple systems.
• Experience with MEDI, ABE, RFMS, and PCC is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of SNF operations and resident income liability.

Responsabilidades

• Process income adjustments for Medicaid residents in MEDI and other systems.
• Ensure consistency of income changes across MEDI, ABE, RFMS, and PCC.
• Serve as technical billing lead during facility onboarding with Sales.
• Identify and refine billing processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on Illinois regulatory changes and new systems.
