Job summary

You will lead high-profile engagements, translate complex analyses into actionable guidance, and mentor junior staff while expanding client relationships and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of health actuarial experience.
• At least 5 years of Medicaid or government healthcare program experience.
• ASA or FSA, required.
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medicaid-focused actuarial projects from start to finish.
• Analyze healthcare and financial data for program funding, reimbursement, and rate setting.
• Collaborate with state agencies, health plans, and other stakeholders.
• Translate analyses into practical recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior actuaries and support project teams.
