Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an actuarial-driven analyst for the Medicaid Strat team. You will support Medicaid-wide analyses and reporting, working with Plan actuaries to standardize and automate processes.

This role also supports RFPs for Medicaid Health Plans and Medicaid Finance, providing the opportunity to build broad actuarial skills. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, Excel expertise, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication across audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong math background.
• Expertise in Excel required.
• Demonstrated analytical and computing skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid-wide analyses and reporting as part of the Medicaid Strat team.
• Collaborate with Plan actuaries to standardize reporting and automate processes.
• Assist with RFPs for Medicaid Health Plans and Medicaid Finance.
• Build models and clearly communicate results to diverse audiences.
