CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Actuarial Analyst to join the Medicaid Strat team. You will support Medicaid-wide analyses and reporting, collaborating with plan actuaries to standardize processes and automate reporting across markets.

The role offers exposure to RFPs for Medicaid Health Plans and Finance, with a strong opportunity to develop modeling and communication skills in a collaborative environment in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Expertise in Excel required.
• Demonstrated analytical and computing skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• SQL or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in model building and optimization is a plus.
• Multiple actuarial exams passed; close to ASA designation.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid-wide analyses and reporting as part of the Medicaid Strat team.
• Identify opportunities for new or refined analyses relevant to multiple markets.
• Assist in RFP responses for Medicaid Health Plans and Finance.
• Develop and document modeling approaches and communicate results to diverse audiences.
