Job summary

MeadowBrook is seeking a ministry-minded leader to provide strategic leadership for the church's media production and technology ministries. This person will guide people, systems, and environments that support worship, ministry, communication, and day-to-day operations.

Working with the senior pastor and ministry teams, you will develop people, oversee projects and resources, and plan for future needs to ensure reliable, excellent media and technology across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in media production, media technology, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in live production, AV systems, IT, and networks.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop volunteers and leaders.
• Strategic thinker with ownership of problems and projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to relocate to the Gadsden, Alabama area.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services, broadcasts, livestreaming, and event production with clear standards.
• Oversee church-wide technology, IT support, networks, and presentation systems.
• Develop long-range plans for equipment lifecycles, upgrades, and licensing.
• Recruit, train, and develop media and technology volunteers.
• Plan and manage media projects with vendors and external providers.
• Collaborate with worship and communications teams to support ministry initiatives.
