CHESA seeks a dynamic Media Technology Solutions Architect to join our team of workflow and technology experts. You will serve as the technical counterpart to our Account Executives, guiding pre-sales engagements and consultative services across media environments.

This role blends technical consulting, solution design, and workflow expertise to transform digital media ecosystems. The ideal candidate communicates with engineers and executives and understands client compliance requirements across

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, engineering, or solution consulting within the M&E sector.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create architecture documents and consultancy reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to provide technical insight through the sales lifecycle.
• Lead discovery, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering with clients and vendors.
• Deliver solution architecture designs and scoping docs with engineering teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and conduct deep-dive Workflow Discoveries for clients.
• Balance pre-sales support with demos, architecture docs, and roadmap planning.
• Contribute to business and technical proposals and client deliverables.
• Maintain fluency in IT compliance and procurement standards affecting design.
• Collaborate with vendors to shape go-to-market strategies.
