We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and quality assurance of digital media campaigns across a variety of platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative individual with a strong foundation in campaign setup and digital media operations.
In this role, you will work closely with media buyers, analysts, and strategists to ensure campaigns are launched on time, run flawlessly, and deliver results. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key part in bringing media plans to life.
Campaign Activation: Assist Media Buyers and the Media Lead in the end-to-end setup and launch of paid media campaigns across platforms including Display & Video 360 (DV360), Meta, TikTok, and other programmatic and social channels.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough pre- and post-launch QA to ensure campaigns align with technical specifications, strategic goals, and media plans.
Project Coordination: Help manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring creative assets and approvals are secured for on-time launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison among media, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure smooth communication and execution across workflows.
Performance Reporting: Support the team by compiling campaign performance data and identifying early insights to help guide optimization decisions.
Process Support: Facilitate internal communications and documentation to help maintain operational efficiency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or paid media role
Hands-on experience working with paid media platforms such as DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong understanding of media QA processes and campaign execution best practices
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Proficiency in Excel and media performance tools for reporting and analysis
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Mid-level experience (not a strategist or senior-level manager role)
Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DV360
Familiarity with Jira or similar project/task management tools
Exposure to TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms, or additional social platforms
