Job summary

Hearst Television in Rogers, AR offers an entry-level Sales Account Associate position as part of a 9–12 month training program. You will learn all facets of local television sales and develop into a Sales Account Executive under the Local Sales Manager:

Responsibilities span creating proposals, marketing materials, and client communications; maintaining orders and databases; and collaborating with sales, production and finance teams. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Proficient in Excel and able to maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Must be focused and organized.
• Related military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department.
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests.
• Communicate with our teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients on performance and delivery of campaigns.
• Enter and maintain all orders including electronic transfer and maintenance of WOCentral orders to WideOrbit.
• Manage sales database.
• In-person attendance is required.
