Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Media Relations Manager to lead external communications for a defense tech portfolio. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building relationships with national, business, tech, and defense media, crafting compelling narratives, and guiding public messaging.

You will own embargoes, coordinate exclusives, manage dashboards and share of voice analysis, and collaborate with content teams to produce press releases, kits, and bios.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in public relations or media relations, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries
• Demonstrated experience pitching and coordinating embargoes and exclusives, not just supporting them
• Demonstrated experience shaping narrative and matching stories to the right publication and media personnel
• Demonstrated experience owning a media relations platform, including building dashboards and analysis across coverage and share of voice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

US Salary Range

$111,000 – $155,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
