Job summary

Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA is seeking a senior public relations leader to manage media relations, craft narratives, and coordinate embargoes and exclusives for defense/tech hardware storytelling. You will drive coverage across national, business, tech, and defense outlets while coordinating with a production team on assets.

The role emphasizes building dashboards and analysis of share of voice, plus managing press timelines and announcements to support leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public relations or media relations, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries.
• Demonstrated experience pitching and coordinating embargoes and exclusives.
• Demonstrated experience shaping narrative and matching stories to the right publication and media personnel.
• Demonstrated experience owning a media relations platform, including building dashboards and analysis across coverage and share of voice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

US Salary Range

$107,000 – $150,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
