Responsibilities

• Convey information to media through remarks, press releases, agency statements and press responses.
• Identify and pitch media outlets on NYC DOT initiatives.
• Prepare and staff senior staff for interviews and public events.
• Plan and organize press events.
• Coordinate messaging with partner agencies.
