Job summary

The LEGO Group in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Global Media Partnerships professional for a temporary assignment from October 1, 2026 to January 2028. Qualifications

  • Strong background in media partnerships, media investment or digital advertising across brand, agency, media owner or tech platforms.
  • Experience managing major media/tech partners and developing Joint Business Plans or similar strategic agreements.
  • Solid commercial and negotiation skills with ability to identify value opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem across Programmatic, Social, Search and Retail Media.

We’re looking for an experienced media professional to join our Global Media Partnerships team, with responsibility for a portfolio of key media partners and select cross-market initiatives. This is a temporary position from October 1, 2026, through January 2028, based in Boston.

We’re looking for an experienced media professional to join our Global Media Partnerships team, with responsibility for a portfolio of key media partners and select cross-market initiatives. This is a temporary position from October 1, 2026, through January 2028, based in Boston.

Play your part in our team succeeding

The Global Media Partnerships team sits within Global Media Activation and is responsible for building and managing the LEGO Group’s relationships with our key media partners. We bring together partners and teams across Programmatic, Social Media, Search and Retail Media to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), shape commercial agreements and identify opportunities that advance our media priorities. In this role, you’ll work across media disciplines, markets and functions including Procurement, Finance and Analytics to turn our partnerships into meaningful opportunities for the business.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships across an assigned portfolio of key media partners and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and commercial agreements, aligning investment priorities and partner capabilities to create value for both the LEGO Group and our partners.
  • Track media investment, partner commitments and incentives to inform investment decisions and ensure negotiated benefits are fully utilized within agreed timelines.
  • Own the tracking and reporting of business impact from partner benefits, including media credits, measurement opportunities and other commercial value.
  • Work across media teams and markets to understand business needs and connect them with the right partners, capabilities and opportunities.
  • Stay close to the media landscape to identify new partners and capabilities that could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our media investment.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Strong experience in media partnerships, media investment or digital advertising, from a brand, agency, media owner or technology platform.
  • Experience managing major media or technology partners and developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) or similar strategic agreements.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with an ability to identify creative opportunities for value.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem across Programmatic, Social Media, Search and/or Retail Media.
  • Comfortable working with media investment and financial data to inform decisions, track commitments and measure impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across teams, markets and external partners.
Nice to have
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
  • Familiarity with media credits, measurement funds and other commercial partnership benefits.
  • Experience working across Media, Procurement and Finance.
Additional Details
  • Our workplace offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office per week.
  • No relocation support is offered for this role.
Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
