About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
Our media organization is growing, and strong performance at scale requires more than talented Media Buyers.
We need leaders who can build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to deliver consistently as client volume grows.
The Media Operations Manager will manage Media Buying teams while owning the systems that support their performance. You will be responsible for turning a group of capable individuals into a well-run operating unit.
You will work closely with Media Buying leadership and cross-functional teams to improve execution, capacity, quality, and team performance.
You will establish clear workflows, operating rhythms, standards, and accountability mechanisms for the teams you manage.
You will determine what needs to happen consistently across accounts and build practical systems that make that possible.
You will lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts and hold the team accountable for performance, quality, and execution.
You will create a clear feedback loop between individual performance, team performance, and client outcomes.
You will identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, unnecessary manual work, and gaps in communication.
You will redesign processes and introduce tools, automation, and documentation where they create meaningful improvements.
You will monitor workload across teams and make recommendations around account allocation, hiring, staffing, and resource requirements.
As client volume changes, you will ensure the organization has the capacity to support it.
You will coach Team Leads and high-potential Media Buyers and help build the next layer of leadership within the organization.
You are an experienced media leader who has moved beyond managing your own accounts.
You understand that good teams need clear expectations, reliable systems, strong managers, and accountability. You enjoy finding the reason behind recurring problems and fixing the system instead of repeatedly addressing the symptom.
You have strong paid media judgment, but your primary leverage comes from making other people and teams more effective.
You are comfortable operating with incomplete information and taking ownership of problems that do not come with predefined solutions.
This is an opportunity to help build the operating infrastructure behind a rapidly growing media organization.
You will have significant ownership over how teams work, how performance is measured, how capacity is managed, and how we scale without allowing operational complexity to slow us down.
If you're excited by leading teams, building better operating systems, solving recurring problems, and helping a growing media organization scale, we'd love to hear from you.
