This role blends creative services, operations, and logistics — from recruiting and vetting photo talent to dispatching teams to youth, amateur, and professional sporting events. You\u2019ll ensure world-class content capture and seamless delivery of media into our software platform while working closely with our technical product, operations, accounts, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all creators meet technical requirements (equipment, file formats, upload standards)
  • Train, brief, and manage ongoing communication with creators before, during, and after events
  • Build and maintain a strong network of trusted creators nationwide
  • Manage end-to-end staffing: dispatching, scheduling, travel planning, and event coverage
  • Handle contractor agreements, W9 collection, background checks, and compliance
  • Oversee payment processing, invoices, and creator support
  • Ensure timely and accurate upload of content into our platform
  • Use Google Sheets/Excel or other software to track budgets, creator performance, event logistics, and payments
  • Provide creators with event details, shot lists, and expectations
  • Monitor content delivery and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Travel to select weekend events as the on-site lead for execution and quality assurance
  • Build repeatable systems for hiring, training, and dispatching creators
  • Develop scalable processes to expand the network nationwide
  • Apply technical solutions and AI tools to streamline communication, scheduling, and quality control
  • Partner with internal teams to align creator output with product and business goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in creative operations, production management, or event logistics
  • Background in photography/videography or creative services
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage dozens of events and contractors simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to coordinate remote teams
  • Comfortable working weekends and traveling to support events
  • Proficient in contracts, invoicing, and vendor management
  • Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking, reporting, and light budgeting
  • Experience applying technology and AI-driven tools to scale operations is a plus
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • Comfortable learning and using proprietary software
Location & Travel
  • This role is based at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Relocation is available and negotiable for the right candidate
  • Travel: Some travel will be required for events (25%)
  • Workday flexibility required, as you will be working some weekends
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with full benefits and stock options
  • Join a fast-growing sports technology company with clear pathways for career growth
  • Help shape how our event photography division operates and scales
  • Work in a mission-driven environment focused on improving youth and amateur sports
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team that values ownership, creativity, and impact
