Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Media Operations to deliver best-in-class media operations for our National Teams and major events.

You will collaborate with press officers, Sporting, Event Operations, Broadcast, Security, and venue partners to ensure media needs are planned and executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while safeguarding media access and workflow

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of media operations and event planning.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute media operations for National Team matches, camps, tournaments and Federation events.
• Manage media accreditation from application through event-day execution and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as onsite primary contact for credentialed media and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate media facilities, press areas, and access points to meet event-specific needs; manage access and bib distribution.
• Develop and distribute media advisories and operational communications with schedules and logistics.
• Ensure media guidelines and access policies are consistently implemented, protecting team needs and media partners.
