Job summary

Rensa Filtration is seeking a Media Machine Operator to join our 24/7 manufacturing team in Colorado. You will operate and monitor media production equipment, perform startup and changeover activities, and ensure quality compliance across production lines.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams, receive specialized training, and participate in process improvement initiatives while maintaining thorough production records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn complex equipment.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended training (up to 3 months).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor media production equipment to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation.
• Perform startup, shutdown, and changeover activities for production lines.
• Monitor product quality and work with quality personnel to ensure specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating when needed.
• Support new product introductions and process adjustments.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist maintenance teams during repairs.
• Conduct initial quality checks and inspections during production.
• Handle materials, labeling, packaging, and internal logistics as required.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
