GBH is seeking a Program & Outreach Coordinator to support education and community engagement initiatives for NEPM across Western Massachusetts. You will assist with logistics, communications, internship coordination, and outreach to connect learners with media careers.

The role is ideal for an early-career professional in education, media literacy, and community engagement, with hybrid work requiring onsite presence on some days and statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Communications, Public Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience or relevant internships preferred.
• Experience with education programs, youth development, or community engagement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics for Media Lab programs and student experiences.
• Support high school cohorts and college internship programs.
• Assist with participant recruitment, registration, and communications.
• Maintain program records and collect feedback.
• Train interns and youth in NEPM best practices and media skills.
• Support internship onboarding, scheduling, and activities.
• Coordinate materials for student projects and presentations.
• Represent GBH and NEPM Education at career fairs and events.
• Support outreach with schools and community partners throughout Massachusetts.
