Job Summary

KOSA/First Alert 7/Telemundo 20 in Odessa‑Midland, TX, is seeking a Media Executive to join our elite sales team. This role puts you face‑to‑face with local business owners, selling them marketing solutions to help them grow their business. We have top‑of‑the‑line digital marketing products (Gray Digital Media) and powerful TV stations to do this. To be successful, you’ll need to be a hard worker who is motivated and eager to be the best.

Responsibilities

• 90% of your time will be spent developing new local direct.
• Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for their business.
• Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, and manage your own book of sales revenue for retention and growth.
• Learn and master digital advertising products and tools (we are always innovating and growing), along with Gray Digital Media’s suite of digital services.
• Develop, retain, and grow client relationships in the Permian Basin and throughout the country.
• Manage your book of business using client management tools and software. Design, write, and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all KOSA/Gray Digital Media departments and support staff.

Qualifications
