Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Consultant to help media companies unlock the value of their data and apply AI in meaningful ways at the intersection of delivery, innovation, and business development.

The role covers content intelligence, audience analytics, personalization, operational automation, and GenAI adoption, working with broadcasters, streaming platforms, content owners, publishers, and sports organizations.

Qualifications

• Analyze client data ecosystems platforms, pipelines, governance models, and analytics maturity.
• Lead and support engagements end-to-end: work planning, requirements documentation, workshops.
• Deliverable ownership and team oversight across projects.
• Apply knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, ML pipelines to design scalable solutions.
• Shape AI/ML implementations including recommender engines and metadata intelligence.
• Develop GenAI-powered workflows for content tagging and audience segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagements end-to-end: work planning, requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, solution design, deliverable ownership, and team oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level business and technology stakeholders and communicate complex data concepts clearly.
