Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Bachelor's degree and Colorado teaching license.

• Student teaching/practicum/internship experience meeting Colorado requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one situations.
• Develop and implement course content, lesson plans, and instructional activities.
• Administer, edit, and grade student assignments and assessments.
• Design diverse assessments and provide meaningful feedback to adjust instruction.
• Create a classroom environment that supports learning and behavior management.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation of academic and social progress.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to improve student outcomes.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and professional development.
