Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Bachelor's degree and CDE license/endorsement required.
• Experience meeting Colorado's student teaching/practicum/internship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings.
• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, formats, schedules, lesson plans, and learning activities.
• Administer, edit, proofread, and grade student assignments and assessments.
• Design assessment tasks and use data to provide meaningful feedback and adjust instruction.
• Create and maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behavior.
• Monitor student growth, document progress, and support diverse student needs.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance instruction and outcomes.
• Participate in department, school, and district meetings and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
