Job summary

JPMorganChase in Los Angeles is seeking an Analyst for the Media & Communications group within Global Corporate Banking to develop and execute comprehensive banking solutions for clients. The role focuses on servicing small-, mid-, and large-cap companies with traditional banking and investment banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit, and investment banking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation and marketing materials for client meetings and transactions.
• Participate in capital markets and syndicated/leveraged finance origination and execution.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate credit ratings and capital structures.
• Conduct industry research and comparable company/transaction analysis.
• Coordinate efforts with deal teams and product partners across the bank.
• Draft internal approval packages detailing company/credit analysis and repayment modeling.
• Assist senior bankers with client management and business development.
