JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analyst in the Media & Communications group within Global Corporate Banking in Los Angeles. You will contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive banking solutions for clients in film and television production libraries.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, financing expertise, and collaboration with deal teams to support client management and idea generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 79, Series 63 and SIE licenses within 3 months of hire.
• Strong corporate finance, analytical and credit skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of corporate finance products, especially for film and television production libraries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and transaction execution.
• Participate in all phases of capital markets and syndicated and leveraged finance origination and execution.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate credit ratings, debt capacity and capital structures.
• Conduct industry research and comparable company and transaction analysis.
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members and product partners across the Commercial & Investment Bank.
• Draft internal approval packages detailing company/credit analysis and repayment modeling.
• Support senior bankers with client management, idea generation and business initiatives.
