Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a Media Buying Specialist & Coach to manage ad spend and campaign strategy across paid platforms for client accounts. You will coach client teams on media buying fundamentals to sustain performance beyond engagements.

Responsibilities include teaching clients to launch and optimize campaigns, monitoring spend and ROAS, leading coaching sessions, and translating performance insights for business owners.

Qualificações

• 3+ years managing paid media budgets with demonstrable performance results.
• Hands-on platform experience in Meta Ads Manager and at least one of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfort presenting performance data live to clients and answering pushback in real time.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a coaching/teaching orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Teach clients to build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms based on client goals and budget.
• Monitor spend, CPA/ROAS, and pacing daily and show clients how to optimize their CRM and document what works.
• Lead client office hours and coaching sessions on media buying strategy, budget allocation, and creative testing.
• Translate campaign performance into plain-language insights and next steps for non-marketing client stakeholders.
• Stay current on media buying strategies.
