MEDIA BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. #1 goal is to innovate current marketing strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok to increase the number of qualified leads and appointments per month.
2. Find breakthroughs in creative, copy, targeting, and funnel optimization.
3. Campaign & project management.
4. Planning and monitoring campaigns and automation.
5. Client Management: Manage 50-60+ clients.

OBJECTIVES:

1. Provide an unparalleled Marketing experience for our client.
2. Substantially increase average customer retention.
3. Improve go-to-market strategy with high chances of success month 1.
4. Work directly with the team to identify new revenue opportunities for clients via marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. 3+ years experience with each of Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
3. Big plus: Current or recent work experience with a local lead generation marketing agency with 8 figure revenue.
4. Holistic understanding of local lead generation.
5. Holistic understanding of Meta, Tik Tok, Email, and SMS Marketing.
6. Mindset & drive - we want you to hold yourself accountable to the highest standards.
7. You are an amicable person who enjoys meeting new people and working collaboratively with the team to accomplish a shared goal.
8. Self-starter - you are comfortable working 100% remotely (if applicable), managing your team's schedule, workload, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
9. Communicator - You are comfortable and confident when interacting with others, especially when coaching your team, giving feedback, and setting expectations.
10. Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
