Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting current applications and troubleshooting issues
• Analyzing and resolving complex data and system issues
• Supporting Revenue Cycle design, build, and maintenance
• Writing and extracting reports in Medhost, specifically for Revenue Cycle
• Gathering requirements, developing specifications, and documenting processes
• Developing and executing test plans
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members
• Mentoring team members and ensuring security policies are followed
• Collaborating on project requirements and solutions
• Building relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience supporting Medhost Revenue Cycle
• Ability to pull and write custom reports in Medhost
• Experience in systems analysis, project management, and technical problem-solving
