Rands Trucking, Inc. is seeking regional truck drivers to haul freight across the Midwest. Most routes are home daily with occasional overnights, and equipment includes 53' dry vans with touch freight capabilities.

Starting pay is $24.29 per hour with bi-weekly pay periods. The role offers a $1,000 signing bonus paid on the first paycheck and six paid holidays (eligible after 90 days). Orientation occurs weekly at the Ladysmith terminal.

Pay

• $24.29/hour starting pay

• Average driver earns $60,000 annually

• 40 hours per week, full-time job

• Pay periods are BI-WEEKLY

• $1,000 signing bonus paid out on your first check

• 6 PAID Holidays (plus $100 for working the holiday)(starts after 1st 90 days)

Routes

• Regional freight in Wisconsin and other parts of the Midwest

• Mostly home daily with occasional overnights

Freight

• 53' Dry van, Drop and hook, Live load/unload, and Touch freight

• Windows, Furniture, and Freight of all kinds. Primarily contracted freight with brokers used for backhauls

• Rands Trucking specializes in multi-stop loads that involve touch freight. More than half of our loads are touch freight. This freight is typically windows, and the driver is responsible for assisting in getting the freight to the back of the trailer

Trucks

• Trucks governed at 68MPH

• Rands has Peterbilt 579s, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth T680s

• All trucks are fully equipped with TriPac APUs, Power Inverters, Fridges, and XM Radio

• All trucks are FULL SLEEPER SUITES

• Outward and inward cameras

• Rands buys trucks brand new and keeps them up to 8 years. As much as possible, Rands does all maintenance in-house, which allows us to run our trucks a little longer than other companies

Orientation

• Orientations start every Monday and Wednesday onsite at our Terminal in Ladysmith

• $100 per day (Meals, Travel, and Hotel Accommodations provided)
