Rands Trucking, Inc. is hiring professional truck drivers for regional Wisconsin and Midwest freight. You will run 53' dry vans, touch freight, and be out up to 4 days at a time, with home daily when not OTR.

Starting pay is $24.29/hour with bi-weekly pay, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid on first check and 6 paid holidays (plus $100 for working the holiday after 90 days). Orientation on-site with meals and hotel covered.

Pay

• $24.29/hour starting pay

Routes

• Regional freight in Wisconsin and other parts of the Midwest

• Willingness to be out for up to 4 days at a time

• Will be home daily when not OTR

Freight

• 53' Dry van, Drop and hook, Live load/unload, and Touch freight

• Windows, Furniture, and Freight of all kinds. Primarily contracted freight with brokers used for backhauls

• Rands Trucking specializes in multi-stop loads that involve touch freight

• More than half of our loads are touch freight. This freight is typically windows, and the driver is responsible for assisting in getting the freight to the back of the trailer

Trucks

• Trucks are governed at 68MPH

• Rands has Peterbilt 579s, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth T680s

• All trucks are fully equipped with TriPac APUs, Power Inverters, Fridges, and XM Radio

• All trucks are FULL SLEEPER SUITES

• Outward and inward cameras

• Rands buys trucks brand new and keeps them up to 8 years. As much as possible, Rands does all maintenance in-house, which allows us to run our trucks a little longer than other companies

Orientation

• Orientations start every Monday and Wednesday on-site at our Terminal in Ladysmith

• $100 per day (Meals, Travel, and Hotel Accommodations provided)
