Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot in Lubbock, TX to operate the King Air 200 for medical air transportation. The position requires a Commercial AMEL with single-pilot IFR experience and a plan to obtain ATP within five years. Scheduled shifts are 7 days on and 7 days off, with day or night trips and a strong emphasis on safety.

The annual salary range is $113,820.92 to $125,203.02. Eligible candidates may receive a 15,000 sign-on bonus, a 40,000 retention bonus, relocation

Qualifications

• Commercial AMEL certificate required.
• Willing to obtain ATP within 5 years.
• Single-pilot IFR experience preferred.
• Ability to document flight hours with logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a medical team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and FAR/compliance.
• Maintain shift records and load manifests.
• Coordinate with dispatch, crews, facilities, and partners.
• Relay shift-change information and follow change-board protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
