Job summary

Guardian Flight, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot to operate PC12 aircraft for medical air transport. The role features a 14 days on/14 days off schedule based in Houghton, MI, with strong emphasis on safety, team collaboration, and on-time performance.

Requirements include C-ASEL, IFR experience, and eligibility to obtain ATP within 5 years. Competitive sign-on and retention bonuses, relocation assistance, and company-paid housing are offered.

Qualifications

• Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) required.
• Single pilot IFR experience preferred.
• Medevac or cargo experience preferred.
• Must provide logbooks with flight hours and dates.

Responsibilities

• Pilot will transport patients with a medical team to locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain documentation for shifts and load manifests.
• Communicate with air/ground dispatch, crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information and follow change-board protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
